Reiki is an ancient laying on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies with our bodies.

What to expect during a Reiki session

You will be asked to lie down on a massage table or sit in a chair, whatever is more comfortable. You remain fully clothed except for shoes. Be sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing. During the Reiki session the practitioner will place hands lightly on different parts of your body. Sometimes it will follow a predetermined sequence of hand placements. During the initial scanning of the body the practitioner can sometimes feel breaks or interruptions in the energy field and use those as a guide as to where to place the hands. Either way Reiki energy will flow where it is suppose to. Reiki is gentle, non-invasive and non-manipulative.

Reiki distance healing can be sent to you, to your friends, or loved ones, or to your pet. It's the sending of energies of Reiki to someone who is not able to come in person.
